2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Juice of half a lemon (optional)
First, pat the chicken breasts dry using a paper towel.
If they’re too thick, use a rolling pin or meat mallet to flatten them slightly. This helps them cook evenly.
Rub olive oil all over the chicken breasts.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder evenly on both sides.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
